A month ago I went to Fukuoka. Fukuoka is a major city in the Kyushu region. The city is known for its tonkotsu ramen and the Hakata Dontaku, a major festival held in May each year. There's a lot of really amazing places to visit in Fukuoka and the surrounding areas. I overall found Fukuoka to be a very accessible city.
